"ENVdataset" folder contains files of ENV dataset with n=344 16S amplicon microbiomes. 

To decompress the data:

unzip ENVdataset
cd ENVdataset

The file "taxa344.OTU.Count" contains n=344 microbiomes sampled from gut (n=50), oral (n=50), soil (n=47), marine (n=60), plant (n=49) and river (n=88) environment, and annotated by Greengenes 13-8 database.

The file"meta.txt" is the metadata of 344 microbiomes.
