"MSEdataset" folder contains files of MSE dataset with n=200,000 16S amplicon microbiomes. 

To decompress the data:

unzip MSEdataset
cd MSEdataset

e.g. 
unzip 625.zip 

File "taxa10w.OTU.Count" contains 100,000 microbiome samples, file "taxa20w.OTU.Count" contains 200,000 microbiome samples.The rest of the files are in a folder named after a number.

Fully decompress this dataset, it is recommended to reserve 80GB free space.
