"NCBIdataset" folder contains files of NCBI dataset with n=10000 16S amplicon microbiomes. 

To decompress the data:

unzip NCBIdataset
cd NCBIdataset

tar -zxvf gg13.tar.gz

Samples were randomly selected from the projects PRJEB19825, PRJNA503194, PRJEB14474, and PRJEB11697, and were annotated to the databases GreenGenes-13-8,GreenGenes-2, SILVA , and Refseq respectively. Extract the file with the corresponding name to obtain the comparison abundance of the corresponding database
